Automating the Landing Page is a Bad Idea.
A landing page is essentially created to to convert a pre-specified target audience into leads or sales. It could be a page that your target audiences view after receiving a promotional email. Or it could be about an offer that you make on a Google Adword campaign.

Is Automating the Landing Page Good?
For e.g. We recently initiated a campaign for a client from the entertainment industry. The objective was to convert target audiences on Facebook to “Sign Ups”. The landing page(s) contained information related to
  1. Benefits of signing up
  2. Intro video
  3. Client contact details
  4. Testimonies of existing subscribers
  5. Contact form
  6. FAQs
  7. Terms and conditions

Thus, a landing page must contain customized content that speaks to such visitors.

Having said that, marketing automation today helps websites display customized content, also called “Smart Content”. Where visitors, leads, and customers coming to the website with different reasons see different content based on their interests or profiles. This helps increase conversions. And though marketing automation tools make landing page creation a quick, snap, such landing pages are created based on user engagement analytics data.

Hence, automating the landing page creation is a bad idea.
